Our fleet is mostly SWIFT bikes — our own brand. We have performance (full carbon), endurance, and sport models. Every bike is serviced and adjusted before each rental.
Choose a bike, pick your dates, fill in your details, and pay online by card. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
Each rental includes the bike itself — serviced, fitted to your size and set up with the pedal system you choose (Shimano SPD, Look Keo, Shimano SPD-SL or flat pedals) — plus a brief on the bike and the best local routes. A helmet, lights, a lock and other extras can be added to your booking when you reserve.
No. At handover, we give a quick briefing on care and adjustments. If you already ride, you'll adapt quickly.
72+ hours before pickup: full refund. 6 to 72 hours: 50% refund. Less than 6 hours before pickup or no-show: no refund. Reach out if your case needs a closer look.
Yes. In London we deliver to your hotel, Airbnb, home or office, and collect the bike at the end of your rental. Tell us your height and size when you book and the bike arrives set up for you. The delivery fee is shown before you pay.
